I'm trying to get some ideas on how to improve our system.
How do you run your group?
Who sets it up and breaks it down?
Do you leave it up during the game and have someone watch it, or do you break it down before kickoff?

Depending on your krewe size u gotta have dependable people to help you. We usually have the same 5-8 people set up and more usually help us breakdown.
If u dont have help it can be frustrating to be responsible for so much.
We usually leave it up during game because we have some that don't go to game and they watch game at the tailgate.

Bud Light is safe to leave in coolers while you attend the game.

TIA

Budweiser sponsors our group. We lock up the beer, put the TV's and food away. No problems. We all help out, friends since hs and college. Most are between 40 and 55.

Park in levee or hayfield lot.
Open car door.
Get out of car.
Open back door of car.
Remove bag full of bologna sandwiches, container of Pringles, jar of dill pickles, bottle of Blue Powerade and cans of Coke/Pepsi/Dr.Pepper.
Place towel on trunk of car.
Place food and drink items on towel.
Eat sandwiches and drink drinks.
Place trash in bag.
Place bag of liter in trunk.
Lock car.
Walk to stadium.
Buy ticket.
Attend game.
Walk back to car after game and repeat pre-game procedure while listening to Charles and Gordy (Now Alan) on the radio while traffic clears out.

Probably will not do it at all this season because Kentucky will probably be at 11:30 and Florida/Auburn/Arkansas will be 2:30. Don't do day games or Sisters of the Poor non-conference games. Too long a drive and not worth it from deep on 30-A.

Why not just eat before?
