how does one do that? can you do that on any machine or does it have to be medex?

Anyone workout with this method?
My brother in law swears by it and is very strong and cut. Claims to only work out once a week for 30 minutes.

Les created this problem himself. He selling these kids on three years and gone to the NFL but it's hurting our program more than it's helping. We will never have any experienced depth if this trend continues.

How do you run your group?
Who sets it up and breaks it down?
Do you leave it up during the game and have someone watch it, or do you break it down before kickoff?

Definitely was double teamed. especially early on when they were running all over us.

I used to be a traditionalist, but after going to LSU svAuburn and LSU Bama I am a believer. Jordan Hare was rocking the whole game as much as it pains me to say it. Tiger stadium was loud only in the 4 th quarter. I agree, we need a better DJ, but no need to eliminate TGBFTL all together.
