Should injury or depth problems at RB arise, would David Ducre or Patrick Queen have to be considered?

I agree. He reminds me of Steven Ridley. Always making the right cut. Not the fastest kid. I think he has some toughness some not giving him credit for.

Lets not count Nick out just yet. He's been through a lot and we'll need him this year.

His name is always on the lifter of the day board that Moffit posts every day. Seems like he has been putting in work this spring

He loves looks undersized and doesn't have the speed of a Harvin for the outside

Guice runs routes like a WR.

In one of those drills just running through bags, I wasn't paying full attention and one guy was clearly on a different level; I think that says a lot where you stand out in a simple drill.

But the coach was yelling at him, so that can only mean that:
- he sucks
- he is lazy
- he lacks effort

It would be tremendous if Lanard could provide the team some quality play and it appears he may have a chance to do just that.

Nice to see some good ol "Off-season denial" happening on this thread. Brossette has been underwhelming for the past 2 seasons... it is what it is. It's not the 1st time a 4star kid has underacheived on the field and he won't be the last. Hopefully he will get better and have a decent impact on the upcoming season.

I did not shite on anyone. I was honest and note that I didn't give up on Brossette. He is suspect.

Conversely, to sit there and act like the talent base is up to par for LSU is naive at best.

Freshman- 12 carries 65 yards, 5.4 ypc Sophomore- 15 carries 145 yards, 9.7 ypc Those stats? Y'all watched a video of a coach yelling him to get lower when running through the dummies, and then come back here and repeat what the coaches told him like you all discovered his glaring problem that has made him suck all along. Here's a news flash....in the little time he's gotten to play, he has done pretty damn good.

How can you look at his stats and say this? Would he have had to break every touch for 20+ yards for you to be happy? He can't have any more carries than the coaches gave him.

Obviously there is a reason he hasn't gotten as many carries, and some of that may have to do with him. To write him off as a bust, or a disappointment at this point is stupid.
