It’s not scapegoating, it’s fact. LSU’s OL was pushed around by LA Tech. Once the starters got settled and gained experience, they played far better. There’s absolutely no reason for not improving with the experience gained in 2018. The offense will be improved, if not, leadership is the clear problem.

My logical LSU friend and I have always said that it’s the long term future that troubles us with O.
Therefore, if the short term doesn’t being success, then we are wasting our time.
I agree that 2019 could be a great year, but if it’s not - yikes.
So far O has not crashed the Ferrari, but he is driving at 10 and 2 and keeping it ten MPH under the speed limit.
Winning some hardware will require more than that.

They are same ones who didn't want him day 1.
Team is on good trajectory.
Pee on them.
If lsu was in p10 playing UCLA schedule or Clemson playing acc schedule they'd be favored to be in cfp.

How about you make that judgment after he wins any kind of hardware. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the reaction if he does.

The team has plateaued with 9 to 10 wins and two or more SEC losses a year since 2012. It has also struggled on offense since 2014.
The team appears to have a lot going their way for this season and hopefully will turn a corner that leads us to the SEC West, but I’m going to have to see it before I claim it’s a sure thing.

So if O had won the SEC in 2017 I’m sure you wouldn’t be talking about it anymore, as it would be meaningless at this point.
