2005 LSU-UT game...I was actually in Tiger Stadium for this one...blowing a 21 point halftime lead on MNF.

Most deflating loss for me personally...hell, even the air/heat in that stadium that night was deflating.

I can't remember the exact year, but in the late 1960s I remember Notre Dame and LSU playing. Joe Theisman was QB for ND. The game was all defense. ND won on a field goal after a controversial pass interference call, 3-0. I was extrememly disappointed due to the media's "darling" getting all the "breaks". Fortunately, several subsequent ND-LSU games have gone LSU's way. Oops--that was one I listened to.

I share the sentiments of many on here with so many of the games listed. One of my all-time lo-lights that I'm not sure has been mentioned is the Ole Miss game in 2001. It was our 3rd loss of the season I believe and pretty much sealed the deal (so I thought) that we were going to fall short of taking the next step as a program again. I sat next to a huge (in more ways than one) Ole Miss supporter. I wish I had a dollar for everytime he screamed "H#** Yeah!" It's one of the only games that I've left early from. I was totally bummed. Little did I know that we wouldn't lose another game that season. The planets would align. We would win the SECCG and beat Illinois in the Sugar Bowl and end up in the top 10. Amazing.

LSU vs IOWA in the Capital One Bowl in Orlando

The whole Iowa team ended celebrating the final touchdown a few feet in front of where we were sitting in the student section.

1979 Vs. Bama . It did not rain in Tiger stadium that night ..... it sleeted all night and was freezing cold ! ( A bottle of Mad Dog kept me warm)
LSU misses a potential game winning field with about 5 minutes left and Bama takes the next possesion down the frozen tundra of Tiger Stadium and kicks a game winning field goal with under a minute in the game to win 3-0 . I believe Bama was undefeated and ranked #2 at the time.

1988....miami vs. lsu, at tiger stadium, in a DRIVING rain storm.....sitting in the south endzone with no ponchos or rainslickers watching our beloved TIGERS get stomped , thinking it was 41-3, or something like that....but jack and SPLASH of water was the order of the game...needless to say, we couldn't even see who scored or when
