It’s the Lane Kiffin show but I have been listening to an assistant for a while now.

They interview a different assistant and a player from 6-6:30. Lane’s segment starts at 6:30. The only exception so far this season was a couple of weeks ago when Lane came on at 6pm because Knox had a Thursday night game.

You’re getting downvoted but I I agree with you. Every coach in the past has been live the whole show. Lane gets assistants and players take his place every week.

He only does 30 minutes of the show and a coach and/or player does the rest.

He’s on right now, and will be for another 30 minutes. He already does 2-3 PC’s per week. I’d rather him prepare for the opponent.

Does Lane take questions from the audience? I never listened to BK. I remember O would always take a question from Evil Twin. Could not imagine Lane entertaining that.

This. We have many more media outlets and avenues for access to coaches than we did during the Miles and Orgeron era. We don’t need Kiffin for an hour just so that Chris Blair can read questions from Pawpaw Fartass in Donaldsonville like “what’s your favorite DoorDash order” and Meemaw Saggytits in Walker “tell us what you love about LSU”.
