No, but they're all the same age, except for murphy. He can't play the age card this year, I don't think. Maybe it'll come down to months and days instead of class.

murphy, scott, and keiland all came in the same year. they're all the same age in terms of years at LSU
why would ridley get any PT over 3 older players?

And how do you know that he wouldn't? Slowflowpro is right...as evidenced by recent history, Miles plays his older backs over younger ones this isn't to say that Ridley is any less talented than any of the other guys.

Except for the fact that Ridley is two years younger than Scott and Keiland. Murphy is a year younger than scott an Keiland as well. Your argument in Ridley's favor doesn't have basis here.

who has been at LSU longer? Ridley or any of these 3 backs: Murphy, Scott, or Keiland?

Are you sure? I think you should check your information because I checked and LSUsports says Murphy is a Jr and Keiland and Scott are Seniors while Ridley is a sophomore

Didn't we hear that Murphy was to be converted as a receiver this year.
Posted on 3/16/09 at 11:22 pm to csand12
How doesn't the argument favor Ridley? We are merely arguing that Ridley is buried in the depth chart behind older backs that have seniority which Miles tends to favor over his younger ones.

I hadn't heard that yet. Where'd you hear that?

Weren't you saying Ridley was the older back? and you've completely changed your argument now since Slo has come in.

have you ever heard of a redshirt?
Posted on 3/16/09 at 11:25 pm to csand12
No, moron. I know Ridley personally. Why in the hell would I say that? I was saying that Miles favors older backs and Ridley is the youngest of all of them. Go back and read the thread. Nice try, my friend.

Look no need to get mad. Go back and read your own posts. You never said anything about age until Slo came in.

I never said he was older only that I felt strong about his chances this year as getting some quality PT. I then agreed with SFP's assessment that Miles has in the past given the nod to the older backs despite the fact that a younger RB could be more talented.

Ok alright. I'm not being antagonistic but I'm just curious why you think he is more talented? It's just a question, not an attack on him or his character so please don't take it that way.

I can't remember, But I read about it somewhere.

Oh ok, just curious. I'd heard plenty about Russell Sheppard being put at receiver, as everybody has, but not Murphy yet. That's why I asked.

Patrick Peterson & Richard Dickson among others, have proven this to be bullshite. Your arguments are very stale & boring.
