Fire was lit at 5:30, cherry wood fire/smoke on a butt. So that's for tonight, not game food.

Thinly sliced fried mudcat, red beans and rice, boudin& shrimp infuesed hushpuppies, cole slaw and Dixie Beer. Early Times and & 7Up for the game.

Birria tacos, or mixed with bbq sauce for pulled/shredded sandwiches. Hell shredded bbq meat on Hawaiian rolls for sliders are great! Or nachos like you said, smoked pulled pork nachos with queso, can’t beat that either. Also pork chili verde.sometimes I get a roast or a pork tenderloin and stuff it with garlic cloves and cream cheese, season it, wrap it in bacon and cover it in foil and smoke it like that. So many things you could do.
