They need a fleet of shuttles to take fans to a destination patch of land away from LSU to have less cars on the road.

They need to redo the season tickets imo. Count attendance, and lower peoples ranks if that seat is empty during the 4th quarter. Put a fricking bar code on the seatback of every yellow chair, idk
Who is going to walk around in the 4th to scan seats? People could be at conceessions, in the bathroom, etc.
I often relocate to the part of the stadium nearest to where I parked so that I can stay until the end of the game and shorten my exit from campus.
Your idea would never work.

I hate to tell you but this is a problem nationwide. Don't be so isolated, there's a great big wonderful world out there. Haven't you heard Saban bitching about Bama fans levaing early during all the blowouts?

I think people are free to do what they want to do. But my suggestion is this. A seat filler program.
Have people sign up to be a seat filler for the lower bowl seats. Each lower bowl seat is assigned a seat filler. When a person leaves that seat, the seat filler is sent a text to come fill the seat. Seat fillers may be people who are already in the stadium in the upper decks or they could even have the seat fillers watching the game in the PMAC.

I have been going to games since Bert Jones was playing at LSU.
The thing that effects attendance and fans staying more than anything nowdays is the proliferation of games on TV. Literally every game for every team is on some kind of broadcast.
Back in the day it meant something to be on TV. Most of the time if you wanted to see your team play you had to go to the game and it meant more to go so you stayed. Now it is just so common to see every game that people take it for granted. Human nature I suppose.

Having the people in the seats actually be die-hard LSU fans?

Are you out of your mind?

Hey look, another thread with an LSU fan claiming that “problems” that exist in LSU football are exclusive to LSU, completely ignoring reality!
How exciting and original!
Whats next? Is ESPN not giving LSU enough love because they hate LSU and have an agenda? That’s definitely a problem exclusive to LSU.

Maybe 500 or so more threads about this topic. Seems to be working well so far.

You're very wrong
I watch other games as much as lsu and you rarely (actually never) see what Lsu has shown vs a conference team while being highly ranked
Ever

I mean besides Lsu .
This should be easy since it happens Everywhere LOL

Let Mike the Tiger VII roam the parking lot until the end of the game.
No one sober will leave early.

Yea all this BS about other schools dealing with the same thing...I don't believe it. Other schools seem to do a much better job than us in keeping asses in seats....see OU or Penn St.

Last few games I’ve been too I’ve been surrounded by season ticket holders that are there to socialize mostly. Then when they’re done with that they leave. I think they’ve priced the fan that would stay out of the market.
Ditto!
Cut down the Commercial Breaks. The game has become tooooooooooo long and drives in stadium experience down. Some commercials should go split screen. It's 4 hours now plus travel. There's really no way to not kill a whole Saturday anymore.
Too far to walk for parking. It's inconvenient to walk an hour or more after the game. The reason is that they've sold all the decent spots to socialites that aren't there for the game.
Add to the in-stadium experience. Food and places to hang around during the game inside bowl of the stadium. Remove seats to do so. Some NFL stadiums have meeting/cabana areas around the stadium where you can get a beer and food AND watch the action on the field.
It's too expensive. The general average Joe fan with family of 4 is stretched too far to afford to bring the family. TAF fees, parking fees, food & drinks plus tickets can be $10 grand a year. Many true fans are priced out.

Not having the game on tv anywhere. Or not being able to know the outcome until the next day. That’ll get em.

50/50 raffle. Must be in seat to claim. Call a number every commercial.
