So it's OK for you to leave early but not anyone else?

Excuses, excuses, excuses........ just admit you're shitty fans that don't really care about lsu football that much.

I never leave early but the complaints about the game day experience are legit. Once you've visited other stadiums, you understand just how poor our concession and restroom setup is. We spent millions on these huge screens that we don't use properly. Last night, the band was off the field with seven minutes left in halftime and the screens sat with the LSU logo instead of cutting to another game. Cell service on campus is horrendous. And to top it off, you sit in traffic for over an hour trying to get off of campus even when you leave 45 minutes after the game is over and the stadium was only half full.

I spend a shite ton of money on LSU football and I'm starting to think that is be happier just staying home and watching the games.

LSU won by 3. How much more quality do you want? A team good enough to flip that to a loss by 3?
Don't demand that the football team plays hard all 60 minutes if you cant even stay and watch/support them for the full 60 minutes.

I guess we park in a good place because we always stay thru end of game alma mater then walk to car... in about ten minutes we are on interstate headed home. I agree the bathrooms are in much need renovations.

Why sit in that awful humidity when there are so many cheaper, more comfortable options.

Oh you know... experiencing life I guess would be one advantage.

It's not just an LSU thing - it's an American thing. If you go to a soccer match in Europe or South America, you'll see a full stand even at the very end of a rout that you are on the losing end of. And the fans will be singing at the top of their lungs. Seems there's a difference between being a fan and paying to see a win.

Going to a house party with 30 of your friends, sitting comfortably and watching the game on a 4K TV, and eating food that hasn't been frozen for 6 months isn't "experiencing life?"

Some of you guys need to a get a grip. Just because people are pointing out some serious issues with the game day experience doesn't mean they're all shut-in losers.

Park smarter has got to be the dumbest thing I've heard. It is a collective traffic issue getting not only those that go to the game but the other 50-100k that goes to tailgate. Not everyone going to the game can park in Gonzales. Traffic is an abomination and it makes me want to leave early to get home. Sitting on campus to go 1 mile in over an hour plus another hour and a half home...and there are a lot of people that come from further out every week.

You obviously don't park smart

I get home to New Orleans quicker than it takes people who park in the hayfield lots to get 1 mile. Yet those same people will park in the hayfield lots next game.

I mention 4K because it's an illusion just like thinking one can equal the experience of being somewhere by watching a recording of it.

Probably a more working class fanbase who could buy individual game tickets and make the place more rowdy. Obviously this isn't going to happen because of the financial implications so it is what it is.
