Texas Longhorn Band should be seated in a line starting at the north end of the east upper and reaching all the way to the west end of the south upper. If they need more seats, then put them in the next row below in the same manner.

If any distancing is to be enforced at all, visiting teams tickets need to be the first to go. Maybe a couple hundred for family and friends but that’s is. No visiting bands, etc.
