Just win games without all the nonsense that we've seen the last two years. Penalties, time outs wasted, players still not knowing where to line up, playing calling from a Pee Wee league, etc...
My last memory of LM from this season will be KW up the gut on La Tech for 18 - then on the bench for 3 straight incomplete passes followed by a punt.

Hold it! That's not the point.
To say you would never give Miles another chance at this moment would be like saying you would never give Saban another chance immediately after the UAB game or the Arkansas game.
As it turned out, yeah, letting Saban have another shot worked, and worked well. But we couldn't know that at the time! All we had at the time was a pathetic, WTF-just-happened loss to a C-USA team in 2000 and an SEC West championship thrown away in 2002 to go off of.
And yet people didn't throw Saban under the bus. They knew there was a chance for improvement, and they felt like he should get another shot.
This same possibility exists with Miles, does it not? Likelihood is irrelevant - the possibility exists, and to blanketly reject it by saying one would NEVER allow Miles to win one over is illogical because it COULD happen.

blow out Arkansas, blow out bowl opponent, good clock management, fire Crowton/Stud (at least). Then get to the SECCG next year.
I think he has to win the whole frickin thing..

This. Only I edit to say "beat" Arkansas...... everything else is right on. If not, then we need to ride Miles out on a rail after next year, because he'll turn our once proud Tiger Stadium and program into this if we don't:
I'm not optimistic at all. I think the team tanks against the pigs and once again Les will lose to an inferior opponent. This next Saturday, however, it will probably be ugly bad, over by halftime and the pigs win by about 42 points.
