don't see that he can do anything. at least he won't, because he's too stubborn.

i like a lot of things about les miles, and am in now ways calling for him to be fired.

he's just a weird dude.

he shows that he's a genuine person, everyone who knows him (almost) talks about this, and then he screws jarret lee over big time. if we had been competitive with JJ in the game, i would have no complaints about JL not seeing the field. but our offense did not show up. and what we needed was downfield passing, not happy feet.

so, i like coach miles, know we should keep him, and will still appreciate a lot about him, but i'll never (probably) respect him.

Exit from your secured location deep from within the Football Ops Building, look around, and take a deep breath and you will see why.

Beating Bama during the regular season is irrelevant.

You need to get used to this.

Bingo.

College football is back to the old days again.

ESPN is essentially the old AP poll where teams outside the "traditional" ones will play by a different set of standards/unwritten rules.

LSU is one of those hundred or so programs that will play by the tougher standards.

Know your place.

I agree with Hollywood Lsu Les will never change. He is a great recruiter but is a some times coach. He would rather loose a game than admit he made a mistake. He also cannot adjust during the game. I would like to see him let someone else call the offensive plays.

-Apologize to the fan base for doing such a shitty job of coaching 1/9.

-Start doing a more intelligent job of coaching.

-Back off of using QBs just because he feels sorry for their being underprivileged. Cut out the "entitlement starting".

-Do everything that he can to unify the LSU fan base. You are not going to please everybody, but you can please the majority. He needs to make himself more of a rallying point.

Miles has my respect and is a great coach. All these ranturds who think he owes us something need to sit back and examine the situation. He is a high profile highly paid and highly successful coach. He has made mistakes, but if this fanbase does manage to keep up the negativity and run him off, it will be a sad day. Get on with your own lives and remember you are a fan. If you don't like the way LSU football is coached drive your happy arse up there and apply for a job.

but losing games because of piss poor coaching decisions like last Monday should be unacceptable for a supposed elite program like LSU

Problem is, you can analyze EVERY loss and find some coaching decision that may have leed to said loss. Thus, you really are demanding perfection every year.

Don't believe me, in 7 years, what loss in your opinion was't due to bad decisions by Miles.

Seems that, based on the rant's mentality, without Miles we would not have lost a single game in 7 years.

About once a season Miles does something so off the charts stupid that it calls into question everything about the guy. In other words, he usually coasts along pretty well but his mistakes are so egregious that it makes me think that he inspector Clouseau.
