Here’s the thing, Belichik and Saban are good because they think like Steve jobs (i.e. It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people so I can tell them what to do, I hire smart people so they can tell me what to do).

Saban and bill never stop learning and evolving.
Nick’s first 7 years at Alabama he built to beat lsu. He created lsu and les had a great run.
Then rpo and gunslingers gave him fits so he adapted. No longer do they have 260 lb linebackers. They’re faster and lighter. On offense he has the best qb and WRs in program history with depth on the o line.
He evaluates and develops talent. Yes he gets 5*’s. But he develops talent. Jacobs was a lightly recruited 3*. Irv Smith wasn’t highly recruited.

Ensminger cannot coordinate us to win a national championship. He doesn't understand cutting edge offense or how to develop it.
