Tiger vision became a subsidiary of ESPN sometime in the Saban years
You likely paid to watch this game thru ESPN game plan

It was the Furman game in 2013.
It was bittersweet.
I have the game saved somewhere.

I want to give a quick shoutout to Kevin Wagner.
In 2001, I was deployed in Kosovo with the US Army for pretty much the entire football season. I was 20 at the time and absolutely obsessed with LSU Football. I sent him an email asking if I could buy the TigerVision games at the standard 34.95 and have him send the games to my mom (and then she would mail the games to my address in Kosovo, which was free). He responded back, telling me my money was no good and that he would gladly mail the VHS of any TigerVision broadcasts that season to me, and thanked me for my service. I believe Tulane and Kentucky were the TigerVision games that year.
He didn’t have to do that, and I will be forever grateful.

It would have been the year before the SEC Network started. Part of that deal would be that all home SEC games in all sports could be seen on ESPN’s basic package In the SEC footprint.

ETA : Just looked it up Furman 2013
I knew it was something recent.
I remember the Idaho 2012 game was on ppv. Had to find some shady streaming site to watch it

Before the SEC-ESPN agreement, before SEC Network, you had to buy games on TigerVision. I did this in 2008 or 2009 but can’t remember doing it after 2010.

It had to be on espnu or secn because I vividly remember watching at home and the announcer making a reference to how Michael Corleone attended Furman.
