By far the worst road trip in the SEC.

I had a great time last time we played there. But the guys I tailgate with could throw down in a morgue and that shite would be phenomenal. So there is that.

If they still have it, find the Ag Dept. BBQ that is set up on campus...huge white tent. They serve BBQ to everybody and it's free. The last time we were there, it was raining like crazy and we ended up eating under the tent. It was really good with all of the fixin's.
I even sent a thank you note e-mail to the department head, but never got a response.

There is also a great BBQ place in town. Can't remember the name and it's hard to find. Ask the locals about a BBQ joint next the fire dept..

Grew up and live in MS. Women there are not hideous. Been there enough, knew enough that went there to shoot you down on that one.

It's actually not a bad road trip as an LSU fan. Easy parking, cheap tickets, LSU always wins and by the end of the game we take over the stadium.

LOL. Guess we will set up our own tailgate and try to stir up some mayhem on our own. Any advice on parking passes or is it not necessary?

My dad and I are going. I have no idea what to expect based on the mixed reviews I see here. We'll probably try to find an LSU tailgate to join up with. Where's the best parking? Best areas for tailgaiting?

Not necessary. Plenty of parking. That campus was made for tailgating, geography wise, that is.

Cow tipping

Pre-game = scout out surrounding fields for cows to tip.

Post-game = return to those field and tip the cows.

Thanks. Might try to stop by the Pearl River Resort for a round of golf on the way home Sunday if we're not too hung over.
