What time can you start parking in gameday free lots on Campus?

It was 4:30p for most free lots around campus the Friday before. Is this still accurate?

All the old nine, grass lot by walkons, ag center, river road. Plenty of free parking

I want to say they pushed it back to 5pm for permitted lots, free lots are all pretty open. You could park in the hayfield lot today. But if it's a commuter lot used by students, 5pm Friday.
