Dinardo had the blue print.......Saban had the the staff to make the blueprint work. Honestly Dinardo doesn’t get enough credit for starting the trend of keeping TOP TALENT HOME

This is not true.
When you fire a coach you expect the next coach to have better results than his predecessor.
Anytime a coach is fired, the next coach is almost always judged against the previous coach's win/loss numbers.
That doesnt mean you want the original HC back.
