O i gotcha. I agree that all of our safeties struggled last year. Hell, if White or another FR step up and show up for us early on in the year, I wouldnt mind moving Collins to S for Loston when we know the opposing offense is going to throw it. I wouldnt mind putting 4 CBs back there at all. But, Im hoping Ronald Martin can change all that for us. Dude is as good an athlete as weve ever had. 6'2 205 with a 40inch vert that can move. He played on the basketball team after football season ended his freshman year. Very very talented and a very very gifted athlete. Hope he can step up big for us because we are going to need it without our leader back there in Reid.

I definitely think we have the athletes. It'll be interesting to see starts in Dallas and who starts for us in the NCG.
I haven't seen anyone mention LB Larenzo Phillips yet. Did he play at all last year?

Yea i remember seeing him out there sparingly. Hes another good 1 to watch. So is Lamar Louis, Feist, etc. Basically every freshman LB haha

I miss having fast LB's flying around laying players out. Perry Riley comes to mind.
As for DT, is it safe to say that Freak n' Ego make up the middle of the DL? I thought Mickey Johnson was going the the wall our goal line and shorh yardage D could use.

Yep. But, we always rotate in multiple DTs. I can see them 2, with Quentin Thomas, Mickey Johnson, and even Greg Gilmore/Bain rotating in too.
