I'd stick with Lee throughout the whole season. He has played 3 ranked teams on the road and had solid performances. He has run the offense much better then all of JJ's games except maybe the A&M game.

RP could actually run the option though...JJ adds nothing to the offense that has been ran to this point
This
LSU fans have suffered watching JJ shite all over the field for too long. We suspected that Lee was a better option and, so far, he has been. This offense under Lee is turning into a real offense. Adding JJ back to the mix at this point can be nothing but a step in the wrong direction. Especially considering that the guy hasn't practiced in over a month.

1 or 4.. makes me no difference.

2) Redshirt and come back next year.
Would provide depth at the most important position in what could be a bid to repeat as BCS champions.

I don't even want him doing mop up duty. I'd rather Mett be doing that
I concur. I want him ready to play at a high level for next year.

Uh neither. Let him be a backup and have a couple snaps a game to give other def coordinators something to plan for.

If he redshirts Miles will start him and Mett will lose a year.Frick no!

JJ would be dumb to come back at this point, 1/3 of the season has gone and counting, to ride the bench. It would hurt his draft stock as a practice QB for the CFL or the Arena FL.

Charles Alexander's old jersey numeral.
Adios George. Don't let the door hit you on the arse on the way out.

Assuming he'll be back on the team shortly: 1) Backup role to Lee, only when needed (roles reversed from last year). 2) Redshirt and come back next year. 3) Open the competition back up between Lee and JJ, or even a 50/50 split on snaps. 4) Transfer out
#4.

The world needs garbage men. Answer #1
He can come in and split time with Mett in garbage time. It's Lee's team, now, and the team is #1.
Hard to argue with success.
"JJ.... here's a clipboard. Now... pay attention."

5. Wildcat only. The rest he is the 2 QB.
