A, sort of..

My Mom brainwashed me from when I was like 2. Pregame was blairing on the stereo before games. She would be upstairs and I would be down in my room during the games and suddenly these high pitched scream wouold echo throughout the house when ever something happend. It made me laugh.

However the final thing to pump purple and gold into my viens was when we were down in New Orleans visiting family over thanksgiving. some of our friend down there had tickets to the arkansas game and thats all it took. My first time in death valley and LSU knocking off the hogs 41-38 was all it took.

A, B, and D. My Dad graduated in 1950. Billy Cannon & Pistol Pete. All sports, beginning with football.

My parents met as students, both were life guards at the Huey P. Long Pool at the time they met. Dad had season tickets for many years. I guess that's selection A then

Question: Back in the 1940s, there was a pool in BR known (I think) as City Park pool. My Dad managed it while he was a student at LSU, after his time in the Army (where he also managed a pool at Camp Chaffee, Arkansas). I do not know if it was Huey P. Long or not. Are they the same?

no. city park pool was right next to the city park golf course. the huey p. long pool i believe was (is?) the pool on campus close to the field house. it's been years since i've lived there, but i'm pretty sure this is correct.

btw, i now live in fort smith, arkansas, which is right next to fort chaffee.
