The main thing during fall practices that I look for is individual players and how they are doing. I take group or team statements with a grain of salt.

I’ve listened to JOX radio in Birmingham and the Sirius college show and I’ve heard an insider from about every SEC team

Every single one is bigger faster stronger, and they think that if a few things bounce their way, this will be a very special year. Everyone is looking great and the QB is poised for a breakout year.

Just remember, 134 teams are undefeated

Did they say they would be one of worst LSU defenses statistically in history?

There are limits to clairvoyance, you know.

Think you missed the half a brain comment I made.
I’m 45, I have a good idea on how to follow LSU football, but thanks for the lesson.

Whether negative or positive, doesn’t matter. They are mostly positive given the nature.

Practice reports are meant to generate public interest. Like you said most are generally positive and laying out the plan. If you hear some negative comments they are often shots over the bow to individuals or to hopefully generate competitive drive in players to outperform said comments.
