How could you possibly know this? You don't. And stop turning this into a JJ or JL thread. This is what is wrong. I promise you shorty, we are going to need JJ at some point this year if we are going to make it. Most teams don't have that luxury, and that is why in the end only one team makes it. Never limit your opportunities

Haven't you heard? It was all Crowton. He is the one that caused all the sacks, the staring down of receivers, the skipping throws, the air mails.

Actually, he can get some of the blame for JJ's horrible mechanics not getting better, but there have been several screen shots posted from summer practice that indicate they are still bad, so...

What about, it's better to be thought of as a fool then to open you're mouth and remove all doubt? I like that one

The first time JJ steps on the field, a VERY large portion of our more red necked fanbase will boo him and start shouting slurs at him. There will be no waiting for any frick ups, and you know it.

Welcome to LSU.

So the secret to success is to scramble around your staff weeks before the season starts?

THAT IS COMPLETE AND UTTER horseshite

The playcalling has changed because Lee has been able to deliver the ball on the money 70+% of the time. That allows the OC to be very creative. He also doesnt take off running 123 times, when he has backs that can do it better than any of the QBs

Then just think what will happen if Lee throws a pick-6.

Lee isn't the ONLY reason the offense is but is definitely a good part of it. Have not seen the offense run smoother in at least two years. He is in control, not doing the stupid check with me crap because he is clueless about what play is being called. Of course this cuts down on the false start penalties, fumbled snaps, and just general mass confusion on offense.

I'm very disappointed in the way some of our fans are acting.

Lee hasn't thrown off his back foot once this year. Fact.

There has been nothing creative out of our offense. It looks like some Charlie Mac would have run. What was creative...the play action pass?

Holy shite...

We're beating the piss out of teams by playing smash mouth football. That's it. We're getting the plays in early, without any drama, and we're running the hell out of the ball.

For fricks sake man JL is the starter.

But if you want to be a dumb arse, the oline is better and so is the OC and qb coach. JL did all those things you said prior to this season. But this is not my argument for the 1000x. JJ will still be on the team, and it is a strategic advantage, every coach knows this, but our fans know more.

Thanks man. This is my point. Andrew hatch could have one the first 4 games with our running game and defense. Blind hatred.

Do you seriously think that's what the check with me deal is about?

I'd suggest things are running much more smoothly because instead of having our QB standing on the field begging the sideline to send in a play only to get it with 8 seconds left on the play clock, they are not no longer arguing over what to call and getting it in with 20 seconds left.

Were they right to question Miles sticking with RP?
Were they right with Crowton?
Were they right about Lee?

Miles does make mistakes.

Sure sounds like he will be before long. Probably just one or two mistakes away.
