if i recall he has good lifting numbers for his size. he isnt a big star for lsu so hopefully he will put in the work and have a good combine. He is a solid player, just has had two first rounders in front of him.

it'll all depend on the senior bowl and how he practices/plays.
I think he will prove that he is one of the best corners coming out this year and a team will take a shot in the top 5 rounds.
He would probably start and stand-out for 90% of BCS schools, but LSU has been pretty spectacular at corner the past 5 years.
Again, if he practices and plays as well as I think he can in the senior bowl, he will be a top 5 rounder.

Top 5 rounds is a stretch IMO. He is good enough to go that soon, but is limited pretty hard by the lack of playing time he has had. There just isn't enough film on him to warrant a high pick.
First of all he has been on the field a lot this year so there will be plenty of film on him. Second, teams will take chances on players with raw talent in the 3-5th rds. If he does well in the combine, I don't think his lack of PT the first 3 yrs will hold him back. The NFL understands there were a ton of stud DBs ahead of him.

He doesn't have hardly any film guarding anyones number 1 receiver... Guess that's what I meant more than what we have seen. I hope you're right, dude has been a team player, and has the talent IMO. If he plays in the senior bowl, his draft stock may very well jump a round or two.

Agree Senior Bowl, assuming he will be invited, along with the combine will be very important for his draft stock.
He has shown he can make plays and according to a lot of people on here he is a physical beast (very strong and fast).

I think he will get drafted. Size isn't a factor either, hell look at the Saints CB'squote:
In that case speed isn't a factor either, lol.
Greer, Robinson and Porter all have great speed.
back on topic: I think Brooks has a good shot in the NFL. Good speed, very strong and seems to be a smart player. If he gets drafted he will make a team no doubt.
