Miles will do it to relieve the pressure off him.

2 consecutive 100+ ranked offense is inexcusable.

JJ hardly knows the playbook and this is his junior yr. I dont know what he will do having to learn a new system.

Should have done it last year and didnt.

Therefore, 72%.

Yeah I think whoever is in control of the firing will fire Crowton on the basis of taking pressure off of Miles....

I heard from a reliable ex-football player Crowton is probably after the season.

gary is done at the end of the season.

problem is he should be fired now, but miles doesn't like to do the dirty work he has to do sometimes and it will causes us to finish 1-3

I'd say 60%. With the lack of talent at qb LSU has now, imagine how bad they would be if they had to learn something new next season.

It depends if Miles can find him a job somewhere else first.

Still to early to tell.

What if we win out and go 11-1? Do you fire an OC with that record? (Devil's advocate here of coarse.)

At the bare minimum a new OC will answer the question of how much does Les meddle in the offense. If a proven OC like Holgerson comes in here and the scheme looks like nothing he has done before and sucks a bag of dicks then we will have our answer.

This. Therefore Les Miles tied his success to that of Crowton. Both should be held responsible for a THRID straight year of 100+ ranked offense. What makes this Les excusable is the talent we have on the offensive side of the line.

imagine how good they could be if we had a OC who would play to their strengths and be confident in it?

Rather than be stubborn and try to run his style of O with a QB who has no clue what to do in it, leading the OC to have no confidence in the QB?

It's 100% he is gone after this season... Miles will be forced to get rid of him. Miles also knows that Crowton will cost him his job if he stays for another season
