I agree but that doesn't make it any less embarrassing.

They were probably working on plays they haven't gotten down yet. We do have 2 very inexperienced QBs ya know. When you're up by 38 late in the game, it becomes more of a practice session.

The most embarrassing part of College Football is knowing that OK State has never been relevant

When the first three games on your schedule are either with teams out of Div 1A, or who have no business whatsoever being Div 1A, pretty much every play is practice, until kickoff on Sept. 20.

This is the only game I have ever watched and felt like we had to throw the ball in order to slow down our offense. Its crazy but if we feed Charles Scott the ball all game long, its gonna be ultra ugly. Keep CS on the bench, and let the green QB's throw a lil to stop our offense from scoring!

please get that Ok State shite out of here. no one in this thread is an OK State fan. And i have no problems with them throwing the ball. I was agreeing with the second part of the original post.

My pick would be the second option as well. I was just asking bc we had this discussion after the game .

Oh and the OK State is for Butch Pierre.

Still throwing the ball while up 38?

Throwing while up 38 and still not being able to complete them?

I choose Throwing up while up 38 and not completing them.

Your feeble attempt to make fun of LSU's gameplan to work on their passing game with 2 inexperienced QB's before SEC play starts.
You are a pathetic little man to waste the time to post this garbage.

I guess I don't get it.
We could either hand the ball off to Charles Scott up the middle and let him trot 40 yds for a TD, or keep the score down and get in a few more plays by working on our passing game.

True?

If anyone who watched that play thought it was a good idea, or a good game plan at the time is either lying or had one too many jack and cokes that night. The general response was WTF??? Kick the damn field goal. If you are worried about running the score up kneel it. I thought it odd that any score at that point by us would have covered the spread.

My biggest problem was not burning the red shirt, but why not give him quality snaps on the second to last drive?
