Your friend is going to need to wear walking shoes to get to the spot.

Is there an easy spot for the driver to meet him?
Its about a mile and a half walk from the Stadium, but I always try to get picked up at Oak Brook

From experience, where the car meets you is important, but not the 2 most important decisions. 1) No matter where you meet the key is having the car service get to the spot before contraflow starts in the 4th quarter, and 2) facing the right direction of traffic flow to leave campus. If they screw up 1 or 2 it will be a mess regardless.
Not sure of the contraflow plans these days, but in the past I had a car park in a street spot on Highland right off campus near Chimes. Safe, easy walk and contraflow on Highland going north to I-10.
Good luck!

In the past, LSU designated the Softball field lot as the official Uber/Lyft/Whatever pickup/dropoff point.
Current Fan Guide only says:
"Fans choosing to use a rideshare service to and from the game will be dropped off and picked up on the perimeter of campus. Rideshare services are subject to all campus parking and traffic guidelines."

Unless they changed things last year, Thomas Delpit Drive on the north side of campus isn't contraflow. The car service could get to the east side of the corner of Roosevelt and Highland across from Wienershnitzel. Its a fairly easy walk from the stadium compared to anything on the south side and you can go north back up Delpit and be on the interstate from there in 10-15.

I’m thinking May st or Morning Glory Ave…
Going north on Highland towards Thomas Delpit isn’t a bad idea if it was a day game.

Don't be cheap Chicken! Let him borrow your helicopter. Just have the pilot drop a rope around Walkons and your friend climbs up and is back home in 30 minutes.

Wondering if the people downvoting you know who they’re downvoting. Lol

I used to park in Lot 406 (large lot by the soccer field and indoor facility).
If by “car service” you mean a limo or something like that, the front section of 406 always had a ton of limos parked waiting. I would assume the service would have to go through LSU to park there.

You can buy the pass online, if you just need to use the bus one way
