Link?

One would think after they show again they have no offense, they'd be demoralized.

Just because you and everyone on this board is pissed at Miles doesn't mean LSU isn't going to win another game.

How about separating the two. Florida is beatable and I don't understand (other than you still being pissed over the weekend) how one can go about thinking this is an unwinnable game.

so what's stopping you? if it's a stone cold lock we lose to Florida why don't you place the bet? it's really easy.

Who's offering a pickem line for the Florida game?

I'm guessing they'll be favored by about a touchdown.

Is ANYONE willing to beat a paycheck that LSU beats Fla this weekend?

no I wouldn't want to 'beat' a paycheck on LSU, nor would I want to bet one. LSU will start a downward spiral after this weekend and we will be lucky to win another SEC game, with the exception of OLE PISS.

I don't give a frick what happened this weekend, but the people that are conceding this season already should be banned. I can tolerate the people complaining about the coaching, but the ones conceding and stating LSU won't win another game are huge vaginas.

People aren't "pulling for LSU to lose." Go sit in the stadium, or go watch a game anywhere with a significant number of people, and you'll realize how silly this notion is. Griping and bitching on a message board is not "pulling against your team."

+1.. but they say that when someone does not drink the Kool Aid.

to address the TOPIC...
LSU has FL, ALA, AUBURN, OLE MIS and Arky left..if we beat FL, it will quite things for a week....I believe our coaches are expected to win 3 of these 5 games (not saying we are likely to...just using a number)

it is about a touchdown. I was assuming that a stone cold lock where the mere thought of an LSU victory was laughable equaled at least a touchdown at worst. maybe Ray Ray can clarify......

what would the line have to be for you to bet a paycheck "in a minute"? again betting on a football game is pretty easy.

Im not pissed about this weekend at all. Its what I have come to expect.

I have said since 2006 this would be the future and the future is here.

We lose to Fla, Aub, Bama and Ark to finish 8-4, just as I said before the season.

We are just now getting to real competition and it wont be pretty. Very undisciplined and poorly coached team that is loaded with talent. Its a shame.

Do you honestly believe that? a "large percentage" ?

I absolutely believe that. Right now, there is no positive talk regarding us- which is why I think we'll beat Florida. The players are sick of hearing all this BS. I'm thinking they'll respond....With Lee at QB, this is a different offense. If we only allow him to be in the game long enough to get acclimated, LSU will move the ball- and actually score some points.

Again, what does this Florida team do to make you so sure it's going to win?

If LSU beats FL, then Lee will call his own plays. JJ cannot, so no hope there. And...Miles will never regain respect for any football fan, Tiger or other. Our phone has rung off the hook from Bama and Old Miss fans with such humor. Yeah...right! Our pilot keeps crashing the plane, but walks away alive.

What would be the sentiment of the fan base then?

The media and the fan base will just say Florida is having a down year because Florida got drilled by Bama. For instance, if LSU stuns the world and beats Florida by 10 or more, then everyone will say Florida is in a rebuilding year and the Gators offense isn't the same with Tim "Criesman" Tebow.

In other words, nothing short of winning the SEC West and beating every team in the West, especially Bama, will be enough for the fan base.

Besides, we haven't even played Florida yet. Let alone Auburn, Arkansas or Bama. So these hypotheticals, while interesting, are just that -- hypothetical. For all I know LSU could pile up 5 offensive TDs against Florida this weekend. Or we could throw 3 pick 6s. The Tennessee game showed us one thing -- the coaches are desperate to sustain drives and they'll use whatever QB or whatever plays they think can do the trick. Unfortunately, we are highly error prone -- penalties, drops, bad decision making by QBs, bad decision making by coaches.

Its the coaching that will lose us the game.

We have the talent but no discipline and very poor execution.

Now both DE's are out. There goes the pass rush.

I will pray and cheer for a win, but damn sure wouldnt put money on it.

(Vegas has us getting 9)
