You must be a masochist. Personally, I've seen enough of AJ. I don't think I will live long enough to see improvement where the lad is concerned but whatever.

Why is it so important to some to pretend they have all this figured out
It's not...just fodder between seasons.

You feel better now
I'll feel better when we actually put a complete team on the field and play up to our potential. I'm tired of the "wait til next year" crowd perpetually crowing. Hell, I'd be satisfied with a BCS bowl game and maybe a win if that's not expecting too much.

I would be very happy if he plays well, same as I would if Harris came in and played well.
I just want LSU to be competitive and win games, and whoever has the "chest" to do it, I'll cheer them on.

Well there’s a great chance that you will never be satisfied then being that the BCS system is now extinct.

It's my alma mater....I'm all ears if you have a better alternative...and its only been frustrating and miserable since...oh...about 1/9...and the contract extension.

I really don't care who the starter is as long as he is doing the things we need to be successful enough in the passing game to get us to ATL ill be happy. if its Harris great. if its Jennings then good for him. doesn't matter. I just want the team to win.

Is the quarterback the boss of the offense? What hapoens if he plays like an all conference quarterback? Question not phrased right
Posted on 4/13/15 at 7:48 pm to Slippy
What's your definition of a boss? Because to me, getting us to ATL is boss status. I couldn't care less about stats. Make plays when we need em, make proper reads and make your throws. That's all I ask.

He probably will. For three games at most. It'll be brilliant. Then back to same ole and we never yank him the rest of the season.

Sure, if by a couple you mean six.

2005-2007, 2009, 2011, and 2013 were anywhere from adequate to great. We need that kind of play every year.
What Flynn did should become normal for us and what Russell did should happen more often. We are now getting more talent than we have ever had and we have an actual QB coach. For a season like Flynn had, it should be what is expected and not an outlier. You aren't asking much in this day of football for 56-60%, 2400 pass yards and 20+ TD passes.

Excellent post. He's much easier to like than JJ, it's a shame he's just not very good in spite of what sounds like a great attitude and work ethic. Jimmy Carter seemed to try very hard and was a nice guy too, he was just a horrible President.

How many sacks did JJ take in 2009? That offense was difficult to watch.
Posted on 4/14/15 at 6:25 am to Commando
It was difficult to watch because the OL was shite. JJ was constantly running for his life and we couldn't run the ball for shite.
