Seems to have no redeeming qualities.

Recruiting, no

Coaching, no

Personnel management, lol no

Motivation, no

Game management, no

In game adjustments, no

Preparation, no

Hiring, no

Team discipline, please

Conditioning, fail.

Is there something he is great at (hell, I'll settle for just decent), that I am missing?

I think he's a pretty good DL coach. Or at least that's what we've all been told. That's all I can come up with.

He’s a decent DL coach and that’s what he still should be.

Seems like all the reasons we laughed at Ole Miss when he coached there. It’s like a bad dream. Wait...is this just a bad dream?

Nope...it’s real

The only thing i can think of and have seen so far is that he seems to have a good handle on clock management at the end of the half and game.

Pete Caril(sp) said he was the best closer in the business.
Today he is 0-3 and Chase is a maybe?
......So much for developing relationships. Winning is,and always will be #1.
