What does LSU move to in polls with a close win vs big win vs Ole Miss

Say a 31-30 win I think LSU goes to #7
A bigger 42-28 win goes to #5
Because either Ohio St or Oregon will lose and neither have a quality win like Ole Miss. Also I think one of the 2 will lose: Penn St @ USC or Miami @ Louisville. Neither team is dominant enough for them to both go on the road vs quality teams and win. A lot of the 1 loss teams ahead of us do not have as high a quality win vs a hypothetical Ole Miss win.
Penn St barely beat Bowling Green 34-27 at home. How they are at 4 is pretty dumb.

Sigh!!
I am not a poll watcher....just take care of business each week and LSU will make the playoffs regardless of the weekly poll. After yesterday, some games seem more favorable to win than on Friday (Bama), whereas the rest of the schedule now seems tougher (Arkansas, Vandy, Aggies).
It will be a long season still with lots of meaningful games ot play

Honestly man, who cares. Things will play out as the season goes on

This is a dumb hypothetical scenario to even debate. It doesn’t matter at all. Win the game and move on. Finish the season winning each game by 1 point and they’re in the CFP. That’s the reality.

Honestly if you watched the USCe game and you think we have a chance in hell at winning this you’re nuts

Thought stimulating question

Considering the AP jumped a bunch of teams over us including their darling Notre Dame for no reason other than to try to influence the Playoff polls, I'd say we move up to #12 with a win
Gonna have to keep winning to prove it to these clowns
