It’s more about the higher ups and not really the team. At least that was why he brought it up. Everyone that works at lsu has a shared desire to invest in football

You set your camber and caster to split and not cause a pull.

quote:yea it took real balls too keep aranda/ensminger who were already on staff thanks to miles All O did was recruit he didn’t coach shite. When ensminger and aranda left the program went to hell.
he’ll never have the balls to do what O did in 2019.

Its about everyone being on the same page: players, coaches, AD, admin.

Most here will hate me for saying this, I even hate myself for saying it... it is very much like "one team, one heartbeat".
It's more like OT,OH on steroids. In that I mean it has a broad implication and simultaneously a person-level application. And I say "person-level", not "player-level" for the reason it applies to players, coaches, admin, etc.
If I were to attempt to summarize/paraphrase:
BROAD APPLICATION: Everybody has the same goals, includes off the field and on. No one takes an action, any action, for the sole reason to help themselves. In fact, every action a player should take helps both the player and team. It is neither solely selfish, or selfless. It is both.
SPECIFIC: Know your job. Do your job. Does that job help both you and the team. Recognize those that do, in all aspects.
The best part about it is that it acknowledges that the person needs to benefit. That is the motivation: self-interest. But also states that if you put the effort in you can help yourself and the team at the same time.
