What did Johnny leave Will Wade?

Posted this over on the RB but it's more a rant discussion, would you believe now with Sampson leaving early this is what Johnny left Wade and after Wade's first season here's the end result of each of these players:
Patterson - Left team before season
ER III - Left team before season
Hayward - Left team before season
Jenkins - Left team before season
Sampson - Declared pro after Wade's 1st year forgoing senior season...not getting drafted
Reath - Graduated after this season
Epps - Graduated after this season
Alexander - Booted off team mid-season this season
Rachal - Still on team
Mays - Still on team
Sims - Still on team
11 scholarship players left by Johnny, 3 left on team for Wade's 2nd season...only 2 ended up leaving because of graduation
Onwuasor, Combs, Kiir and Waters were all Wade's doing. Waters is the only one coming back with 2 out of eligibility and the other booted off in Kiir.
That's just nuts the change in just 1 year.

What Wade did despite the dumpster fire culture Johnny left is incredible. Can't wait to see him with his own real talent.

My boss (who posts on here) had the audacity to ask what makes O and GOAT Wade so different? And I quote, "Both were left with no talent, so why doesn't anyone praise O for the job he did in getting the most of a talentless team last year. Les left us with no talent."

Agreed, I think Sampson leaving is another testament of a player who skated by under Johnny without putting in the effort to make themselves great and Wade rode his arse until he couldn't handle it any more.
It's a joke he's actually trying to play pro already after the season he just had. You would think a year away from graduating he would at least give it 1 more go and let a good coach coach him up and at least leave school with a degree.

It is pretty amazing.
But what really impressive is how much he got out of guys who are graduating who never really clicked untill this year.

Rachel will be in the nba if he progresses as he is capable of over the next few years. He looked like the toughest guy on the team as a true freshman last year.

IMO, Sampson had the look of a player who thought he was better than he really was and wasn't gonna work hard to prove it. that won't fly on a Will Wade team.

Coach Jones clearly left Sampson for Wade. It is not Coach Jones' fault that Wade could not keep Sampson here for Sampson's senior year.
Coach Jones did not boot Alexander off the team.
Coach Jones did not cause Patterson, ER III, Hayward or Jenkins to leave the team before the season began.
Quit blaming Coach Jones when Wade fails.

I'm 100% behind the team and Wade. I just pointed out that they need to quit blaming Coach Jones for matters outside his control.
