PMAC front entrance renovation and major improvements - turn it into a showcase between football and basketball venues.

Build a new track facility then build new basketball arena where the current track stadium is

If it were me I’d get an Architect and Engineer involved with the PMAC now. Tell them to redesign it and start construction the day after our last game in 2020.
Also I’d improve Alex Box. Extend the shade cover, add ceiling fans, build a berm. Add seating and outdoor cooking areas and rip down the adds. Use State as a template and then do it better.

He’s going to build a Will Wade’s statue in front of the PMAC.

Get rid of Aramark and all facilities immediately get an upgrade.

Didn't they just do a bunch of reno's to the track field a few years ago?

Dedicated workout area for WRs & other receivers. Full access (give them keys) to a sufficient number of Jugs machines so all receivers can get 100 to 200 reps a day in a half-hour or less.
If WRs had access by next week, they could have 15,000 reps in by the Bama game, Nov. 11.
30,000 reps if they got 200 reps a day until the Bama game.

They resurface it every few years.

. Since Tiger Stadium just received an upgrade, I would go after PMAC next and then baseball. That’s the only logical thing to do because they are not getting nearly enough revenue from basketball.

WoodWard is about to bring the PMAC back to its glory days. God I’m so excited because I’ll be starting my masters (hopefully) at LSU in 2022, giving Wade and Woodward plenty of time

Get rid of Aramark
For the life of me I don't understand how there's not a Raisin' Canes in the stadium.

The quick answer is "None"
Woody has to fix the financial clusterfrick Alleva left him first. That includes fixing donor relations and the ridiculous out of control spending by the non revenue sports
