I've gotten a lot of crap from other people, especially Ole Miss fans... but it makes it better if you just say, "You're right... Miles is a fricktard." They usually back off after that. Defending Miles is not only impossible, he also doesn't even deserve it.

My wife was in Nashville on business all day today. I picked her up at the airport and she said all the talk radio sports shows in Nashville were having a field day with Miles. Volunteer fans were calling in right and left saying they thought they had it bad with Lame but compared to Miles, they'll keep what they got. Imagine. Vol fans feeling better about what they got stuck with because we've got Miles.

It's doubtful we beat the hogs. Realistically, we've got a gimpy quarterback and a fourth-string running back to generate offense. Even if all the stupid things that happened DIDN'T happen, I'd say our chances to beat Arkansas are slim, at best - even at night in Tiger Stadium. God, I hope I'm wrong. I'm going to drive seven hours just to be there, anyway. GEAUX TIGERS

I quit defending him after the first game in 05. It made life a lot easier since I live in Big Orange country.
