The coaches don't bother me. It's simply the salaries are out of control. The more I think about it the whole economy of college and pro football is totally out of wack.

I think 47% will be delighted until the coaching search starts. Then the % will drop to 30%. Finally after gone one year that number will drop to 10% who will blame Miles for the 7-5 season in 2013.

He's not going anywhere.

The higher potential salary isn't enough to offset the fact that it's Arkansas.. and that Les is getting older and it would be a pain to have to rebuild a program.

Les didn't wind up at Michigan but he'd take the Arkansas job?

Dude.. 5 years puts him at retirement age. 5.5 Million a year verses 3.7 for 5 years is a powerful incentive. Michigan never offered anything close to that.

This is a 33% raise. Who out there would snub a 33% raise to work for the competition?
