Please answer the question.
No. I don't consider 104th in offense "getting the job done" or "suffice".

Now you answer a question for me. Is SE the best we can do?

No, because Mullen is a great schemer and he’s lost 3 so far

But you realize it’s possible to lose a game say...... 35-34

Of course it is possible. But, LSU scored 19 in that game.

Fla defense played well that day.

They did, but that's not changing any time soon. LSU is going to play good defenses every year in the SEC every season. Gonna have to be able to scheme some points in games like that in the future if we want to win some hardware.

I'm in no way suggesting anyone needs to be fired or anything of that nature. But, we need offensive improvement to get to where we wanna be in the future.

Why do you guys think so black and white? Either SE is the best choice or not. Stop detouring the focus.

Do you honestly think Florida and LSU have equal talent? Especially on offense?

Who is coach? Who’s the guaranteed, no doubt OC that is going to put up 20-30 on bama and 30-50 on everyone else every year no matter the talent on the line or qb? Who is this guy? Please share.

Since you are SO certain this is what everyone wants, how about linking just one person saying they want this?

Yes I do. I think there isn’t much difference.

So do you think LSU could not get someone better? Or there is no one better? Or are you not sure? You didn't answer my question.

As far as guarantees? Nobody is a guarantee. Are there people who have proven to be better OC's than SE that we could get? I would hope so. If you don't think that's true, that's fine. That's your call.

I’d say prob not and we should consider upgrade to an aranda caliber OC seasons end.

I ask the same question to you. Is SE the best we could do?

Nobody is saying we can bring in a guy who will guarantee us to score 60 points on Alabama. That's stupid.

Just that there are more options out there that give us a better chance to put up more points.

That is all any of us want. Why are you all over this board arguing with anyone who wants this? The loss was probably due to player caliber in the trenches, specifically our o line. the 0 on the scoreboard was because of scheme.

No. LSU needs to start running the RPO offense like everyone else that is successful in the NCAA.

Slow it down bud.

Put my quote into context. I said asking O to out recruit Alabama is asking too much.

See, I believe talent makes coaches vs coaches making talent. The best coaches in history have had/recruited the best players.

So, if you give Steve the best players, I think people will think he’s a great OC. Just look at bama, doesn’t matter who the OC is. They have had like 6 OC’s. Doesn’t matter, same result. Does Clemson skip a beat without chad Morris? Nope.

OK. So no. You don't think there are any better options out there. That's fine. It's a very strange stance, but if that's what you think, then yeah. You're probably in the 5% minority on that one. Nothing else really needs to be said.
