Huge Saint fan here, and I am at a loss to why the Saints would pick Vacarro over Eric. Good for Eric, going to the Niners because he will be an absolute maniac in that system. Meanwhile the saints spent the #15 pick on a friggin nickel back, that played on a TERRIBLE defense. Disgraceful

He not a troll and he is right. Eric will be defensive rookie of the year and kenny will get burnt all year from the nickle position. Saints and my cowboys will look real dumb passing on eric mark my words.

Saints definitely got the best safety in the draft, everyone on here was just hoping Reid would go in the first round...now that he did they act like he should have been the #1 pick

The Saints fricked up, but they fricked up by not drafting Jarvis Jones, not Reid.

Reid is very smart. To be actively recruited by Stanford suggests this as well as him majoring in Econ at LSU. Most athletes don't choose such a rigorous curriculum. I am not familiar with the Econ program at LSU, but Econ must be more difficult than the normal "General Studies" majors that athletes often have.

Glad he didn't visit Stanford. Visited some friends in the Bay area and that fricking school is LSU Architecture on steroids. It is huge, clean and gorgeous. That campus and that area is absolutely badass. Glad he stayed home and was a Tiger, though.
