and send a message that the team is together and last weekend wasn't a "one hit wonder". Anybody can get up for one game. Without a bowl game, we need every bit of positive momentum we can muster. This is vitally important considering big names who are not signing early. Plus, we need to make sure current players stay and/or come back.

It pains the shite out of me to even think this team needs to destroy Ole Miss because of those reasons. Hell, it's a game against a division rival. That should be enough motivation to go out and beat dat arse. I am tired of this crap

Hold your horses, bro.

If we win by 1 point the way we’ve played this shitty season, I’ll take it.

I'd be ecstatic about just getting a W. You know Lane is coming for his friend.

Easy, Tiger. We played better last Saturday but I’m not expecting to “destroy” anyone. I’ll be happy with the same level of performance which will be enough to bring in another win. Then we flush this craptastic year and focus on getting ready for next.

look, I hope we do blow out Ole Miss. But I'll be the turd in the punch bowl here.

You're putting WAY too much stock in the UF win. By my count, UF legitimately gifted us at least 19 points (pick-6, fumble before halftime, 2 empty red zone trips for UF, and the shoe). Their offense gained 609 yards.

Ole Miss will gain the same amount on us. If they don't turn it over, we'll have to outscore them.

So yea, I LOVED our effort in the Swamp and LOVED the win. But it doesn't mean our problems (especially on defense) magically went away.

We're those gifts, or did the LSU defense just take the points away?

All three turnovers were CAUSED by LSU. The first drive of the game was a fantastic goal-line stand by the Tigers. Not sure which other RZ trip you are talking about.

The fact that Florida had 600 yards of offense is proof the Gators were motivated and moving the ball.

Hell, if LSU didn't have so many drops, we might have won by more.

As long as the win comes with 500 plus yards of offense for Ole Miss. I want Pelini’s arse to stay on the chopping block.
