Oh don't be confused. Nuss is part of the problem. Everything needs to be perfect for him to be successful.

LSU ceiling is 8-4 without Nuss next season.

Because right now he’s our best option. If course the offseason and portal could change that.
Nuss isn’t a terrible QB by any means. He’s decent but not great. He has issues that limit him. Part of that is a lack of a solid running game by LSU not doing him any favors and part of that falls directly on Nuss himself.
