Why don't you address the fact of your grossly overpriced merchandise?

For the record, COTiger upvoted his own post.

That's because I liked it. Of course, you wouldn't know what an upvote was.

COTiger, our Merchandise Consultant warned us that there would be people like you. He came to me highly recommended and his resume is impeccable. What exactly is your Merchandise background? What gives you the audacity to question my judgement and the judgment of my Merchandise Consultant?

Does your Merchandise Consultant speak English? No matter, he's ripping you off and you're too blind and/or dumb to see it.

Why won't you address the question of where is the "stuff" you sell made? Others besides myself have questioned your inflated prices. Care to divulge your sales numbers and profit margins? And as far as my merchandise expertise, I have a degree in common sense. Something you are clearly lacking.

COTiger, we had the same concerns...so we posed them to the Merchandise Consultant. He told us that a Rolex Submariner retails for $14,000. Fossil sells a watch for $100 that only costs $2 to make. Both watches do the exact same thing. Should Rolex reduce its price so that more people could better afford it? If the object of vehicular transportation is to get from point A to point B, is a Porsche GT3 that much better than a Chevy Spark? Why does the former cost $144,000 while the latter only costs $14,000?

You see, COTiger, businesses destroy significant brand equity when they lower prices in search of fast, easy growth. The consequences are almost always fatal. Driving down prices changes a brand’s value perception, which reduces that brand’s actual value.

Please don't ever question my Merchandise Consultant again.

I'll question your merchandise consultant whenever the hell I want to. Ever hear of freedom of speech?

And you've managed to avoid answering my questions about the "stuff" you sell. Gee, I wonder why?

You should make a schedule - free t-shirt at 10,000 posts, hat at 20,000, etc. That would be cool.

I'm not taking it too seriously. I'm asking legitimate questions that he won't answer. Have you bought any of his over priced stuff?

Why don't you just not buy the overpriced shite if you have a problem with it being overpriced?

I would feel better about it if instead of the items being for sale at a steep price, that they were given to me as a thanks for a donation of a certain amount.

Such as, with a $10 donation to help keep this site free to users, you will get tigerdroppings cups... with a $25 donation, you will get a tigerdroppings T-shirt... and so on.
