Hope we can go play Uconn, thats kind of a shocker, but I guess the Ncaa really wants to make this a national sport, good in that sense

What's your problem? It was a game we could have easily won.....not saying necessarily it was the guys fault, hell we had the winning run on base in the bottom of the ninth.

idk. that's not really a shocker to me. they made it to their tourney cg (even though they lost this morning). i understand it and appreciate it, and have no problem with uconn hosting over lsu.
clemson, otoh, would have seriously pissed me off.

Also, notice that the committee decided to not let either FSU or LSU host this year, both traditional hosts.
It looks like they are playing the geographical angle and not wanting to give either SC or FL 3 host sites within a single state.

They've been doing this the past few years. Michigan hosted as a 2 seed, pushing the season back to help the northern schools, etc.
But it takes regionals away from the SEC. Only 4 sites.
