Woops. I had it right the first time, and then edited it to make it incorrect. Awesome. Need to get off the Rant.

As for those who think the motivation and preparation factors have nothing to do with the coaches, I would disagree. Good coaches find ways to get their players ready for games. Even the ones against crap opponents. It isn't all the staff's fault, but the poor execution and penalties show a team that isn't mentally prepared to play. The players need to hold up their end of the deal, but the coaches HAVE to keep them in line, as well. Goes both ways.

Why are you people so willing to accept mediocrity? This man is being paid over 4 million a year and he puts a shitty offense together every year. The best thing he's done was hire Chavis who has saved his arse since he's been there. We win in spite of the person in charge. You people that defend what is going on are like the battered wife who stays with the husband cause they think its their fault. Its not being negative to want a coach for our university that is actually a good coach and not just a good guy.

No, it's being stupid to fire a coach that wins in the numbers that Miles does, stupidly thinking that anybody else could walk in the door and do better in the SEC.

That said, I would love to see the offensive staff upgraded. It might be something different if Krags had been healthy. We'll never know, but what we have now isn't working right. We need to dump Studs and get a real OC that can do the whole job.

But, assuming that recruiting will just hum along like it has year in and year out with whoever from the Big 12 or ACC, some flashy coordinator, or an NFL re-tread is the absolute height of stupidity. LSU tried this crap once a long time ago when they shafted Charlie Mac so they could win bigger. Other than Anrsparger's brief 3 year tenure, how the hell did that work out? Considering that it lead to the entire decade of the 90s becoming the biggest disaster of the program's 110+ year history, I'd say it was a awesome choice.

If you think disaster would not legitimately be a possibility if Miles were fired today, then you're too stupid to bother holding a conversation with. Pearls before swine.

Maybe you should go support some PAC12/Big12 team that scores a ton of points and racks up lots of yards, that appears to be your metric for success. Christ you people are a bunch of spoiled fricking brats.

Let's count the number of titles that the "EA" offenses have. At least Oregon has sniffed one, but that's as close as they will ever get.

That's one way to look at it. Another way to look at it is LSU fans are still kind of new to being fans of a program that actually wins and wins often. We have all personally experienced LSU winning two national championships in our lifetime. I thought I'd never see one.

This feeling still has a level of newness to it. With it, comes a lot of pressure. It's called being a fan of a program that wins and is relevant. Bama fans, USC fans, Florida fans, etc, know how to deal with success. I'm still convinced that LSU fans don't know how to, yet. But we are getting there.

Another thing that comes with it is to develop a little thicker skin towards criticism, and to not be ok with bullshite when you know for sure LSU has and can do better. This isn't LSU 1988 anymore. We're not delighted going to the Hall of Fame Bowl.

Here's a concept.. Wait until LSU actually loses a game to act a freaking fool.. These people are a bunch of whiny spoiled little brats who don't appreciate 5-0. Grow up and man the heck up. LSU will next week against Florida.. will yall?

You all sound like a bunch of little whiny brats. How about appreciate the fact LSU is WINNING despite it all. Until otherwise, grow a pair. You sound like a bunch of losers. This game is meaningless now and over with. Move on. I know LSU is looking forward to the challenge.

We have an awful coach at #3 ranked LSU who is the most winning coach we've ever had and lead us to a National Championship, a chance for another, and 2 SEC Championships. He also has been dominant overall since being here. He's a terrible coach, a worse human being, and we should riot in the streets until he's gone.

He really is very good in his own way. Not many coaches would have come here and won this many games year in and year out. The problem is that his teams are boring and frustrating to watch. He's like a big Yankee wet blanket.

The team and staff deserve to get praised for last years regular season. They deserve to get criticized for poor and concerning performances so far this year. What's so hard to understand here?
