Hitting .330 is pretty good, but I think it is the fall-off of just about all the hitters in the lineup and the rise of the strike out count...i think that's what people see.
I do believe that LSU will win today, and i think they will start hitting. Giving up two runs is not that bad, considering the opponent, its the hitting that has to come around.

[/img] this is before she starts the pitch, the gif is blocked though, and I can't get it in motion.
ETA: I watched the gif many times, and you could clearly see her right foot leave the ground.
It reminded me of that Malcolm in the Middle episode where Cranston gets into speed walking. He video tapes his rival, and pronounces, "Air! It's air, every third step!"

what in the world happened to B Corbello. What a waste just sitting on the bench. she carried the team her freshman year....that coach did her in????
ummm, it is called nature of the beast and recruiting. 3 younger pitchers have passed her up. She can always transfer like selman did. selman saw the writing on the wall. A college recruiter i spoke with before last year called it. he said corbello will drop to the back of the pack with the new studs coach beth is bringing in. Maybe she should have stayed committed to coach lotief at ULL.
She was gatorade POY in Louisiana her senior year and is damn good. But this is how Div 1 ball works. I agree her talent is rotting but that's not coach beth's problem. A coach is always trying to upgrade at every position. It sucks but that's how it works.

Maybe not canned, but the hot seat is pretty justified.
geezus
go back and look at what this team did in 2012 hitting wise.
Then look how far dobson has brought us along.
yeah he sucks so bad he has also been a team USA coach.
some people here....

I just think this is a very uncharacteristic year. Personally, I think this incoming class had the potential to make this team even better next year. Fresh blood believe it or no can do wonders.
We have definitely been much better under Howard Dobson. We just need to continue to get better. I think the future classes have much better pure hitters

this is the deepest pitching staff i've seen here. including years we had studs like sneed, schmidt, turner, mack and fico.
two years left for hoover and allie. these girls should win a title. sad to see bianka go out like this after a great career if we do lose.
it's tough to get there and there are no guarantees. have to get it done when you make it. after the great year last year with two freshman pitchers this was the year supposedly. not looking like it now. crazy things happen.
