You'll just blame it on the rest of the team.

He's already laying the groundwork to blame everything on Moffit and the lack of time on the jugs machine if it goes bad. Then, if it goes good, then the praise will be over the top because it was all done in spite of Moffit. I have to admit that it's a good plan.

Wrong again, Basher.

My predictions are with the receivers as they are. If Moffitt had done his offseason job with getting 100 reps a day for all receivers, I'd have even higher hopes for this team.

So, even without the "required" 100 reps per day for pass catchers, you're saying that Burrow will still put up Heisman and first round numbers next year?

The way I see it, the coach has to hire a S&C coach that knows his job without him having to explicitly say it. It's still on the HC for not hiring the right guys for the job. The HC is actually the one holding Burrow back when you think about it.

Could be wrong, but I think Moffitt was Aleva's pick, and O didn't fight it. And I also think the extension came from Woody. And again, I doubt O objected.

I'm not making characterizations. I am stating the numbers, pure and simple.

I'm not sold on this "above average" arm some of you guys speak of.

I think Burrow goes late, might possibly jump to the 4th rd if we have an EXCELLENT season. He's got intangibles, but little else that make you think an NFL team will want to go high on him. I don't see starter potential.

1) Burrow will at 68%+ completions. 70%+ is not unlikely
2) He'll throw for 3500+ yards. 4000+ is not unlikely
3) He'll have a 5 to 1 or better TD to INT ratio.

If he puts up the high end of these numbers, he will be in New York at the end of the season and LSU will most likely be in the national championship game. He would also probably be mentioned as a possible first round pick. Those are incredible numbers for an SEC QB.

The problem is the numbers aren’t real, you made them up and the surrounding statements as well. Your entire Moffit narrative is completely make believe.

Well there you have it. Seems like the organization is fine with him, so you should be too.

Moffitt’s been here since 2000 you dolt. As usual you haven’t the slightest idea of what you’re talking about. You smear this guy 24/7 without even the most basic understanding of anything about him. You don’t even know what his job entails you’re just doing what you always do, making up some nonsensical BS story.

Amazing that Alleva keeps hiring all if the bad assistants. Which one of the good assistants did he hire?

He was probably a perfect fit for Miles' ground & pound offense. He hasn't shown much understanding of what receivers need in the offseason... Landry and Beckham would be a case in point (having to break in to the equipment room to get Jugs reps).

In any event, if he hasn't been replaced and he doesn't mesh well with the current staff, then that's a major oversight on the part of the HC.

That’s why he talks out of his arse. He’s gone the second the season is over so he stays here trolling 24/7 spewing ignorant nonsense and lies. He keeps saying Alleva hired Moffit for Orgeron and now it’s for Miles when the truth is Moffit was hired by Saban and Emmett in 2000. He also keeps spinning this made up story about the juggs machine that’s a total lie. This story was debunked yesterday but as always he just jumps into another thread and starts it right back up again. The guy’s a moron, he said that Burrow should’ve been the number 1 overall pick in the 2018 draft so that’s the level of delusion we’re dealing with.

I'll be here after every game regardless of whether you are or not.

Are you still predicting a Texas win, or have you completely backed off of that.
