It's not his job unite the coonass fan base. Coonasses are never happy, I know I am one. It's his job to win games and gives the players the best opportunity to move on to the NFL. He has achieved those two objectives much more than not.

You know, I really wish you would stop speaking for the fanbase. You seem to think you have some kind of "pulse" of the fans or something. When in reality, you dont know jackshite and never have for that matter.
Have you ever thought that maybe there's a reason there is a streak of negativity running through the fanbase? I dont EVER remember the fans being this way when Saban was here....even when he was stepping on his dik, which he did occasionally. Wanna know why? People had the confidence to know Saban WOULD get it right and fix things. So yea, people got mad when he fricked up but it never lasted because they knew he had the capability to right the ship. No such confidence exists where Miles is concerned....thus the perpetual negativity.

Well put. Many will never, never forgive Miles for doing this to the team, the university and the fans. It was stubbornness and arrogance at it's highest level. And then one year later, LSU gives him a two year contract extension, what the heck where they thinking ???
