Waters Illness?

Has there been any updates on Waters status? I'm guessing it's a FLU type sickness.

Yesterday WW said Waters is "progressing" and they're hoping to have him back for tonight's game. But I doubt he'll be back. Sounds like Wade is blowing smoke but who knows...

Wade said Waters received an iv on Friday. Also said he thinks it affected his performance against Florida. That sure sounds like an illness of some sort.
I get not disclosing specifics of an illness or injury but this is a bit too cryptic for my liking. Leads to more speculation.

He was. My sister's hairdresser's second cousin saw a man who claimed his uncle saw Tremont from a distance across the intersection at Bluebonnet and he looked a little tired. Definitely either the flu or something serious.

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous to think someone has the flu in February when it's going around really bad in the BR area right now. I'm not sure why anyone would believe something as asinine as that.

Listening to Bobby Hebert last night in an interview with WW he reiterated that this is all it is. WW said he loves Waters and is only looking out for him and his health and said it is best to let him recuperate away from the team so not to get anyone else sick. He's hoping to have him back as soon as possible and will be a game time decision tonight.

Not sure if it means anything at all but my cousin posted a pic on Facebook of Tremont in a ice cream shop the night before the Tennessee game, he didn’t look very ill to me also she posted before news came out he wasn’t playing if I had more knowledge how too I would post the pic on here. So like others have said possibly a concussion would make sense

It's shocking to me how little people actually look into things themselves.
Go watch the Florida game again. At the 11:45 mark of the 1st half, Tre gets in between 2 UF players and is called for a foul. It's the under 12 timeout, so when he walks to the bench, the camera is zoomed in on him. He is CLEARLY...CLEARLY woozy and got knocked. The rest of the game he is out of it. He stopped attacking the goal, seemed on cruise control. After the game, Wade essentially bashed him on those shots at the end of regulation and end of OT.
Will Wade is very forward about many things, but why would he be forward about his star player getting a concussion? It would give UT a huge advantage in the way they gameplanned, same with TAMU. I have heard from someone who works on the team it's a concussion, Vanilla Ice heard it from Tre himself, and everything lines up. The guy is not sick
