Watching the replay. Najee Harris was the only reason it was close.

He put the Bama offensive on his back in the 3rd and was the only reason Bama climbed back into it.

I’m glad Saban forgot about him in the 1 st half

Ripped off that big run on the first drive and never really got involved again till the 3rd

LSU couldn’t stop him. Would have thought Saban would have used him more since Tua was so hurt and all...

Yeah, but every time they needed a play in the 2nd half, Harris came through for them.

He had almost as big of a game as CEH.

146 rushing w/ 1 TD, 44 receiving w/ 1 TD.

No question, he was a beast. No stopping him in 2nd half. ODed on Turbo Red Bull, maybe?

Our d-line got pushed around some in the 2nd half. Didn't in 1st.
I mean they're alabama, you know they're gonna make some adjustments and play better. Hell there were plays I saw that cheap shot artist block Shelvin by himself. And then tackling was weak

Well him and Bamas OL started to push our DL around in the 3rd. Harris is bad arse though.

That's what we were willing to give them.

Seems like our D always gets abused by Bama tailbacks.

This didn’t help.

najee is very good. Our defensive line is barely average.

I just turned it on. Right after Alabama's extra point to make it 39-34, they cut to an LSU fan as they played their dying elephant track. Her look of confusion was great! Lol

Please stop saying the game was close it was not. They got a late to and made it look close. LSU control the game entirely.

Dude, we won convincingly, had the lead the whole game, had a 20 point halftime lead, but they scored 28 in the 2nd half and were within a TD three times.

Yes, we gave up that trash TD at the end, but they made a hell of a comeback in the 3rd and 4th.

After we had a 2 score lead, we are defending the pass more than the run. I was impressed with him, but situation has to be considered.

I know - we did get burned deep on 85 yarder...blablabla

No doubt at half time I told everyone. We’re about to see the Najee Harris show. They would have really had a good chance if they stuck to the run game and tried to wear out our defense.

Najee is a beast

3 busted/fluke plays was the reason this was close. Harris earned his, but Smith scored on 2 plays that probably wouldn't happen again if Aranda changed 3rd and long coverage in addition to lack of pass rush.

We even blitzed and it was picked up by them perfectly. That's why most of those passes were complete. We couldn't get to the QB.

Smith is a DUDE and doesn't get enough recognition. I really hope he leaves for the draft.

Harris, Mckinney and Jennings stood out to me on the rewatch.
