We could easiky lose to A&M and drop a bowl game depending on the opponent . 10-2 and a major bowl is far from a guarantee right now.

We may be the most prestigious college football program ever with regards to having an OC who literally does not want the job.

Hopefully we finish 10-2, but just like in years past, the stagnant offense can’t be forgiven so easily.

Ensminger isn’t going anywhere. Orgeron doesn’t want to admit he made a mistake after the Canada debacle.

I don't think SE will get fired.

But I could see him stepping down or "retiring". Nobody has to admit a mistake. Nobody has to throw anybody under the bus. It's just a clean getaway.

At least that's what I hope

Well ensminger I’m sure is trying to get that top 3 years for retirement. By my estimate he has 18 years of retirement with Louisiana. At 2.5% per year..... that means he makes 45% of his top three years.
So prior to this his top three years was 300k so that means he will make 135k a year in retirement
If he is offensive coordinator for 3 years that would jump to 360k per year. I have to believe he is going to work his arse off for that pay raise In perpetuity.

Yep, the state worker mentality. Let's hope E does not share that thought process. He needs to step aside.

While the offense hasn't been great. It's certainly not a mistake. They simply have to get the personnel along the offensive line in order to be successful moving forward. Steve didn't call a good game Saturday but calling for him to be fired or resign is overreaction.

Ummmm we are 104th in total offense. That is completely unacceptable. Our OL is good enough to have us at least in the middle of the pack. This is Cam Cameron level of bad offense

E just signed a 5 year extension with an un-Godly buyout!

They also got him a sleeper sofa in his office as a signing bonus!

NO!
He will coach, and unless we screw up in the last four games, he will be back next season, if he has a want.
