Honest question, were the results of changes instituted/executed under skip the most fan-unfriendly occurrences many can remember?

IDK ho made the changes, but making all the free lots closer to campus paid parking kills it. Everything roped off kills it. Your everyday fan that isn't OT rich can't swing all that. Parking passes are a bitch to get, or expensive. the free lots are way off campus, so you might as well tailgate at home.
I know this isn't an AD thing, but frick whoever is in charge of post game traffic.
